Newton Byelaws

Newton Parish Council manages The Green, on behalf of the Newton Green Trust by enforcement of the Village Green Byelaws. On the 15th September 2014 the Department for Communities and Local Government confirmed NPC's updated Byelaws for Pleasure Grounds, Public Walks and Open Spaces to prohibit anti-social behaviour in Newton Village Green. The Byelaws came into force on the 15th October 2014.
